The silva has great facilities, particularly the sauna and heated pools which were a highlight. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options, even gluten-free. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Plus, you can enjoy the relaxing views of the charming town nearby.

Here we were so close to few of our favorite spots such as Lake Warfaaz. Le jardin des elfes is within walking distance the hotel.

Chur, the view from our lake-side room was fine, but the restaurant service was a bit all over the place, eh? Decent stay.

The staff were very very helpful and the setting was absolutely perfect and excellent. This hotel was located in a nice grassy area. The restaurant here was pretty good with very friendly and competent staff, we both ordered delicious dishes. And the bed was very clean.
The bathroom was old.

Nice, relatively large clean refurbished hotel rooms. Surprisingly good diner buffet with good value for money.
The indoor swimming pool water was too cold and there were far too few chairs and lounge beds in the hotel garden.

great room comfort but lacks dining variety
The lake side executive room was very spacious. The views overlooking the lake were calming and picturesque. The spa facilities offered a relaxing escape.
The dining options were limited with few choices on the menu.

We stayed in a room with a lake view. I would say it was rather a forest view, still it was very nice, we liked it much. The room was ample and big and also very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
1) we requested a baby cot but it was not provided to us, the baby slept on a tiny sofa. 2) water in the swimming pool was so cold!!! nobody could swim there. 3) the whole organisation of the services was on the low level: they told me to have a massage at 12H00, then at 11H10 called me and asked why I didn't go for the massage;the same day I ordered a shower massage - just 30 minutes earlier they called me to say there wasn't a hot water etc. It was just a waste of our time and money. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

I had a great time at the hotel! The wellness area with the relaxing jacuzzi was a true highlight, and the breakfast buffet was simply delicious. the room was a bit outdated compared to the photos online.

We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they also upgraded us to a juniorsuite facing the valley with a fantastic view for only EUR 10 extra. The hotel was really family-friendly with a very good buffe on Saturday evening, no need to go down to Spa for dining. We had read in the other reviews that guests had complained about cold water, but the water in the spacious pool was not cold at all, rather the opposite.

The view & the bed & comforter.
Not all front desk staff were knowledgeable & able to answer question. ie: "I'm not from around here". Not given option to get a regular room, hotel did not appear full.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed thrilling moments at the Spa-Francorchamps Racing Circuit and lovely visits to the beautiful Forestia adventure park. The lake side executive room was spacious, the pools were enjoyable, and the breakfast had great options. Staff were friendly.
The restaurant experience could be improved. We had some mix-ups with our orders during dinner, frustrating and needed more attention.

The staff are excellent. Very very friendly, especially at reception and at the bar. The rooms are well designed and very spacious with very nice views. Free WiFi throughout the hotel.
Their idea of a double bed is 2 single beds pushed together. This is very uncomfortable and clearly not acceptable in a hotel of this standard!

the view was great, the room was great, the bathroom was great.. really every single thing about the room was just perfect
they don't seem to have a great sense of humor, the buffet wasn't great for the price, i'd recommend you go eat somewhere else. The breakfast was good tho.
